I stalked this bull caribou for over an hour. Talk about a rush. He finally moved down over the top of a ridge and I was able to get around a small hill and shot him from 40 yards away. He ran about 150 yards and fell down. The other caribou I shot was a little less than 20 yards away. I also shot an arctic fox that was on the side of the road. All and all it was an awesome trip. The temperature ranged from -12 to 20 degrees. But we were the only hunters up there. Dad, wish you could have been here.  Posted by Picasa
